QuoteFlow Pro is a product of Mishhy ("we", "us", "our"). We operate the website mishhy.com and the application at app.mishhy.com. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at info@mishhy.com.

We collect the following information when you use QuoteFlow Pro:

• Account information: your name, work email address, and password when you sign up.
• Organization information: company name, industry, and size you provide during onboarding.
• Usage data: RFQs, supplier records, quotes, and other data you create inside the app.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — collected automatically via logs.

We do not collect payment information directly. If we add paid plans in the future, payments will be processed by a third-party provider (e.g., Stripe) under their own privacy policy.

• To send you account-related emails (login confirmation, password reset)
• To respond to your support requests
• To improve the product based on usage patterns
• To contact you about your pilot program participation

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure) with servers located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We use Firebase Authentication to manage login credentials securely.

Local caching of your data may occur in your browser using IndexedDB (via Dexie.js) to enable faster load times. This data stays on your device and is cleared when you log out.

We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate the product:

• Firebase (Google): authentication and database storage
• Vercel: application hosting and deployment
• Loom: demo video hosting (no personal data shared)

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties beyond what is listed above.

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication (keeping you logged in) and basic analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent you from logging in.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data (RFQs, quotes, supplier records) on request

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@mishhy.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

QuoteFlow Pro is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active users by email of any significant changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
