Built a multi-tenant procurement SaaS from scratch. Manufacturers create RFQs, invite suppliers via a one-link portal, compare quotes side by side, and award jobs — without spreadsheets. Includes role-based permissions, offline-first Dexie caching, Firebase RTDB sync, and a Next.js API backend with Admin SDK.

Built a config-driven, drag-and-drop website builder from scratch — click widgets onto a canvas, edit content and style in a live side panel, and export to standalone HTML. A tree of plain JSON objects is the only source of truth, so the live canvas, preview mode, and the exported page can never drift apart. Includes a Stripe-powered claim flow and a batch generator that turns business-listing data into ready-to-claim demo sites.

Self-hosted scheduling — timezone-aware booking

Replaced a paid scheduling tool with one built on Firebase. Visitors pick a slot rendered in their own timezone, the request lands in Telegram with both clock times and a one-tap Google Calendar link, and confirmed slots disappear for everyone else. Availability is edited in RTDB without a deploy, and prospect details are never client-readable — the calendar reads a separate index holding only instants.
